What happened exactly,I couldn't get what Ada was explaining on the phone... Stan said...
Stan,my fears and worries finally happened, Ehi eventually listened to her mother, she's having an affair,I saw him dropped her at the house last night,I explained....
My God,this is so unbelievable,how could Ehi do this to you,that is wickedness at it's peak, Stan lamented...
Hmmmm,some women are so lucky,yet they don't realize it,which woman in her right senses would not value a diamond like you,AD,I know you are broken and betrayed,but you have to be strong,am certain you'd be fine,and you'd come out of this stronger, Chi said....

We had a wonderful meal,and thanks to Stan and Chi,I was able to eat,I had practically forgotten my situation,as I was enjoying their company......
Soon we finished eating,and Stan and Chi were on their way out,as it was getting late.
mother,we shall be on our way now,you know Lagos and traffic,I still have to drop madam at home, Stan said....
No problem, Stan and Chidera,I appreciate your coming,and if you don't mind visit sooner,your company was very helpful to your friend, that's the first meal he's having since today,mother said...

I was watching all of them not knowing what to say,I saw Stan and Chi to the car and they drove off....
That young lady seems to be someone with a golden heart, mother said....

This is unbelievable, mother even you,,,ah,I'd be in my room,I said and went inside......
In less than 10 minutes after getting in my room,a call came into my phone, looking at the phone the caller was iye,yesss my supposed mother-in-law, I had blocked Ehi from calling me,I forgot I hadn't blocked her mother...
I decided to pick up,at least to know who was calling, whether iye or Ehi using her mother's phone....
Hello honey,I heard immediately I picked up the call..I ended it immediately and blocked the number.....
The calls and all kept affecting my thoughts,the more I tried to get my head and mind off the situation,the more I had reason to think about Ehi.....
I slept off soon,and woke up the next morning feeling weak,I was drained emotionally and psychologically...in as much as I was trying to be strong,I was down internally....
I went for a jog, hoping it'd help me,yet I still had a heavy heart...
I got home,had my bath and a light breakfast of bread and tea,and went back in my room...
I wanted to continue with a book I had started at Stan's,but of course it was at his place and he would be at work.oh my, but thank God for sleep,which takes pains away temporarily,,of course alcohol does work for some people,but mother would never allow me soak myself in bottles in her house...
Guy get up joor,which kind yeye sleep be this, of course, there's only one person that could be that annoying,and it's Stan...
They had come for the weekend as promised,it was a full house indeed, Chioma and Chidera were downstairs....
Mother soon joined us and Stan introduce his wife to be,mother loved Chioma almost immediately,I mean what's there not to like, Chioma is an amazing lady...we ate dinner and we all went inside to change into our pajamas and came downstairs to join mom in seeing an interesting Igbo movie,it is usually fun seeing a movie with family and friends, finally we were done at about 10pm,and we went to bed....
At dawn,the three ladies, Ada, Chidera and Chioma had joined the helper in making a beautiful breakfast,and even made fresh home juice,we soon sat for breakfast with so many things to talk about at the table, especially mom,she never gets tired of telling tales of her time as a young beautiful maiden,,she has said those stories over and over and over again that Stan, Ada and my self can practically say it word for word,,,but you dare not tell her not to repeat it,else you'd be sorry,hence we just kept quiet and allowed Chioma and Chidera who haven't heard the stories Before enjoy.....
After breakfast, mother asked that the ladies joined her to the salon for a make over,,,,they left Stan and I at home., we even needed that space, having so much women around at once was choking....
We sat at the garden with some bottles,we had alot to talk about..
Your wife has been calling me non stop, she's worried sick about you, Stan said..
But you and I know that's all an act,and point of correction,soon to be ex wife,I replied him....
Wait man, are you getting a divorce?, Stan asked...
Of course,I want to liberate her from the shackles of this imprisoned union called marriage,so she can be free to be with who she wants to,I said...
Hmmmm,man,am so sorry it ended this way,I know how much you loved that girl,and what you sacrificed into that relationship, Stan said...
Well, it's okay,I just want to be able to forget about her and everything that concerns her, it's hurting,but I know I'd be fine with time, I said,we talked about other things,and soon ,the women were back and they were all looking radiantly beautiful.....
Soon the weekend was over and our guest's were set to leave, I needed to get a book at Stan's so,I decided to go with them, Stan would take his fiancee home, while I will take Chi home,just after taking the book from Stan's...
Stanley gave me his keys and told me where I'd drop it.....
We arrive at Stan's,and Chi stood just a little after the door, while I processed to get the book...
Getting back at the living room, Chi was smiling beautifully at me,what is it, I asked surprised, walking closer to her...
AD,you know,you are a very handsome guy, good,kind, smart,I could go on and on, Chi said..
Okayyyyyy,so where's this coming from,I asked smiling,not really understanding where she was going or coming from....
It's coming from the heart of a woman who truly cares for you,one who'd do everything,and give everything to be by your side always,Amadi,I love you,she said.....
just then Ehi walked in, apparently she had heard all Chi said......
