Alexander Marshal (Alexander Vitalyevich Minkov) (1957) - musician, singer, songwriter, Honored Artist of Russia.

Alexander was born on June 7, 1957 in Korenovsk, Krasnodar region, in the family of a pilot. In 1965, in his biography, Alexander Marshal went to a general education and a music school at the same time. He studied piano at the music school. A few years later, Alexander created the vocal and instrumental ensemble "Stepnyaki".


After graduating from school, he entered the military school of Stavropol (there he got his nickname - Marshal).

        Even there, Alexander studied music. But he did not finish school, he was expelled. He changed several professions, only after some time he came to Moscow. Marshal received musical experience for a long time - he worked with the groups "Flowers", "Araks". In 1987, in the biography of the singer Alexander Marshal, he made his debut in the Gorky Park group. The group has achieved significant success on a global level. Since 1999, Marshal has been the lead singer of "Park".

And in 1998, the first solo album (“Maybe”) was released in the biography of Marshal. A year later, his first concert took place. The following albums in the biography of Alexander Marshal were released: in 2000 - "Downpour", "Highlander", in 2001 - "Special", in 2002 - "Best Songs", "Dad", in 2003 - "Father Arseny", "I love you I will never forget”, in 2005 – “The Cranes Are Flying”. They were followed by the albums “Or So” in 2006, “Sailboat” in 2007, “Where the Sun Sleeps” in 2008, “Goodbye, Regiment” in 2009. In 2007, Marshal received the title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation.
