Singer-songwriter Lili-Ann De Francesco releases “Honest”, via Maison Barclay Canada / Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading music company.
“I’m a person that’s always looking for a fairytale ending and I try continuously to achieve that,” says Lili-Ann. “The problem with that is that it’s a state of mind that can’t be forced.
After “two years and big plans” in my relationship, I came to realise that I had to be honest with myself and even though I still have a lot of love for that person, I think I wasn’t totally ready to commit at my young age. As tough and as sad as it was, writing ‘Honest’ was also a freeing, happy and positive experience.”
