Joseph Oscar Nii Armah Mettle, popularly Joe Mettle, is a Ghanaian gospel artist and songwriter. He was the lead singer for the indigenous multicultural music group, Soul Winners. Joe made history by being the first Gospel musician to win the coveted Artist of the year award at the 2017 Ghana Music Awards.
