Deitrick Haddon and The Voices of Unity Reunite After 9 Years with a Love Anthem for a Dying World: “Back to Life”

If you are a fan of gospel music, you might be familiar with Deitrick Haddon and his group, The Voices of Unity. They have been making waves in the industry since the late 90s with their powerful vocals, catchy melodies and uplifting messages. Some of their hits include “He’s Able”, “Anybody Here” and “Watch Me Praise Him”.

But did you know that they have been on a hiatus since 2012? That’s right, the last time we heard from them was on the soundtrack of the movie A Beautiful Soul, which featured the song “No Betta” with Faith Evans. Since then, Haddon has been focusing on his solo career, releasing albums such as R.E.D., Masterpiece and TIME (Truth Is My Energy).

However, the good news is that they are back together for a new single called “Back to Life” (ManHaddon Ministries/Tyscot). The song is a funky and futuristic groove that blends elements of 80s funk bands, trap music and club beats. It’s a song that celebrates the power of love to bring us back to life in a dying world.

Haddon says, “The world is dying because we’ve left the one key that’s necessary to keep it alive. The key to life is love. Love is gonna bring us back to life!” He also adds that this song is a tribute to his father, Bishop Clarence Haddon, who passed away in 2020.

The song is available now for streaming and downloading on all digital platforms. You can also listen to it on YouTube here:

If you like what you hear, make sure to share it with your friends and family. Let’s spread the love and bring the world back to life!
