P.Daniel Olawande has released a new song titled “Owo Oluwa” (The Hand of God), featuring his wife, Nifemi Olawande, who is also a pastor and gospel singer. The song is a powerful declaration of faith and trust in God’s power and sovereignty over every situation.
The song was inspired by P.Daniel Olawande’s personal testimony of how God delivered him from a life-threatening accident that almost claimed his life. He shared his story on his Instagram page, saying:
“On the 13th of February 2021, I was involved in an accident that could have taken my life but God showed up for me. I was rushed to the hospital with severe injuries and blood loss. The doctors said I needed an urgent surgery to save my life. But God intervened and healed me miraculously. I came out of the hospital without any surgery or blood transfusion. It was indeed the hand of God that preserved me.”
He also revealed that he wrote and composed the song “Owo Oluwa” before the accident, and sang it for the first time publicly at RCCG Regional headquarters in Ilorin on the same day of the accident. He said:
“I wrote this song before the accident, not knowing what God was about to do for me. I sang it for the first time publicly at RCCG Regional headquarters in Ilorin on the same day of the accident. It was a prophetic song that prepared me for what God was about to do in my life. I am grateful to God for His mercy and grace.”
